I have an idea about the new media. Since female has a huge power on purchase, the new media can be firstly made for shopping power. The new media can use the photo of consumer in three dimensional view and let it dress up the clothing consumer want to purchase. In this case, the buyers doesn’t have to leave their house and purchase the clothing that exactly match them. Hence, less returns will be made because of the not match size doesn’t fit and all kinds of problems relate to personal fitness other than pricing.

File sharing is sharing the sources sharing using internet. P2p file sharing is using p2p software to share sources without a central coordination. Wiki: So Far

For Wiki research I was interesting in the mobile device, since in my everyday life I have a phone in my hand. Hence, I would I like to share my interest to others. So far I haven’t start my editing yet, but I will be editing the newest phone that pop up recently. Also, to research up some upcoming events related to mobile phones.

Privacy

As techniques are improving, people are more and more concern about their privacy and confidentiality. Although, most new media is about posting posts of whatever user like which might include people’s daily life. Such as; Blog, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. All of the above new media is a type of personal information leakage, but it was shown to others under personal decision. However, improving on new media make people care more about their privacy, and impact on new media’s confidentiality of things users don’t want to show to certain people.

Advice

If I am hired by Baruch College I would like to suggest the school to combine all the login account. There is just too many accounts used for one college; sacc, writing center, library, regular used login account, and so on. For each event you want to participate in Baruch there is a need of one account, it is too much some of them were set up by different username and password. It is easy to mess them up. Combining all account to one will help a lot.

Creativity and New Media

For this assignment, I choose to post a selfie of myself with some edited emoji on it. I personally feel it is pretty funny, give a thumb up for the person who created those photo editing that are easy to use. I used some stickers, filters, virtual makeup, and the layout functions to create the photo that I submitted. On the bottom, the photo says, “Meet your Better Self.” I look at the photo from time to time to remind myself to be a better person everyday.

 

Creativity

New media impacted on the new music. The musicians has combined different music in one to become a new song. Which impacted on economic, helping people gain money. However, those new combined songs have to deal with copyright, they have to lessen their incomes because they are not completely new. Second hand is still second hand stuff no matter how you edit it. Still, new song were pretty interest they can combine things you never thought of together to become one. Which shows people’s imagination on certain material. Creatives are endless, there will always be something new out there that light up your brain.
