To me
there’s no big difference between the following four sites; Facebook, Twitter,
Blog, and Weibo. You just post whatever you like and others makes comments
about what you posted. This is my impressions those four sites. Facebook which I
have first used, at the time I posted a lot of daily complaining about things
around me. It can be a long complain or short ones. Also, found a lot of
advertising which other people like about. Something good about Facebook’s
advertising is that it can be posted to your timeline once you hits the like button.
Thus, it can spread from your surroundings to other people’s surroundings, just
by one click without transfer such as copy paste. Very convenient for
corporations to advertising on Facebook.
Blog,
just started using it this semester, not unknowing much about it. Usually people
post long articles or professional things on blogs.
Twitter
also a new beginner, feeling like there’s no difference between it and
Facebook. But the article I just read said a lot of teenagers use Twitter for
complaining. Also, they were usually using Facebook in the first place, but
moved from Facebook to Twitter because a lot adult use it. Which they want to
hide some secrets from those adults.
Weibo;
foreign Facebook or Twitter, was displayed in another language. Posting daily events,
and for advertising. Barely use it.
